21.01.2022 A quick update on the alfresco/car park in the front yard, after 2 months of hardly being able to walk(destroyed disks in back) I am finally getting the pavers laid in the front of the house. Hopefully within a week you will be able to sit with me and have a cup/glass of something in the front yard, in the mean time you can have a seat on the new orange outdoor setting and watch me work; YAWN, picked up the orange setting at a garage sale a few weekends ago. Now taking guests, special rates if you are reading this.

17.01.2022 The Good News for me is Albury Bed and Breakfast is moving again. I am sad to say I have sold 267 Bernhardt Street, East Albury, I am going to miss it and your visits here. Yes I will be most likely be doing it all again and quite possibly in Albury. I have to move out by March 23rd so last bookings in this house will be Around March 3rd. NEXT!!!

16.01.2022 We are Now Closed Until Further Notice. Property Sold.

16.01.2022 Ok before i do the next post there are a few things we have to know. The house is nicknamed "Sarah Lodge", can you guess why? 267 Bernhardt Street ? Get it, come on you are not that young? Sarah Bernhardt? Famous actor from a loooong time ago, no? gogle her! Ok next thing you have to know, at a dinner partly a while back, the mistress of the house was a tad tiddly, yes hard to imagine I know. Well we, yes the royal we, were talking about having drinks on the deck at Sarah's a...nd a kiwi friend, who was also slightly tiddly says "Yes, lets all sit on Sarah's deck", think about it! Deck in a pissed kiwi accent!! you can work it out. You could say it isn't hard but you wouldn't say that would you!!! Inn-appropriate Robert Gibson, not the sort of thing you should post on a business site. Wait for the next post!!

11.01.2022 As we speak "Jade is Polishing Sarah's Dick" (see previous post for explanation), he is actually grinding it but polishing her dick sounds a little better. Later today he is putting the first coat of clear polish on it. Now to my point, you too can sit on Sarah's Dick, at a discount price. I am now taking guests, once Sarah's Dick dries, tomorrow, the house is finished.

Full breakfast $15 per person. 2 rooms available with queen bed in each. Bathroom just up the hall. No ensuite. 09.01.2022 Your Car Parking Space starting construction yesterday. No that is not the ensuite. A "few" pavers, some landscaping and a "bit" of perspiration and all will be ready.

04.01.2022 I have purchased another property in North Albury. Take possession August 17th. Old friends will have somewhere to stay about say the 25th. Not a renovators delight this time but a much simpler home than the last few.
