11.01.2022 There is no doubt that we are all loving the window as a splashback look at the moment. The light comes, the room feels large and it just looks amazing..with th...e thought of having a gorgeous garden outside to screen it.. but If you are doing it have some forethought; * The trees may take 2+ years to grow * If you facing west you will get that blinding afternoon sun or east it will be the hot morning sun. * Can the neighbours see in ( especially at night or in the morning if you are in your nightie )? We go to so many houses of late, usually a month after people have moved in and they need a blind on these windows. A blind can’t be fitted on the inside due to the stove top but an exterior blind works and it’s best if you have your electrician hard wire whilst brickwork is going in so we can later fit a motorised one so you can put it up and down from inside. Definitely not saying don’t do it but just be aware that some houses it can be tricky
