18.01.2022 With the ever changing COVID siutation, we'd like to remind any guests traveling across the VIC/NSW border to have the appropriate travel permit in place (if required). More details on this can be found at www.service.vic.gov.au

17.01.2022 A huge thank you to everyone who came through the gates on NYE Almost 2800 people including participants attended at some time from 1.00pm to midnight. The kids entertainment was hugely popular, the music as always was great, the racing was very competitive (including Sue versus the kids!), and the culmination of the night was sensational, the fireworks display lasting 22 minutes, and was the best yet in the years we have had the same family doing them. A special thank...s to everyone at the gates for the patience shown while we tried to check everyone in, both customers and staff, nobody got frustrated or angry when things didn’t go right the first time. It was our first time with on-line bookings, so a really big learning curve for the club and the THURGOONA and LAVINGTON Lions clubs who staffed the gates. Thanks to Jason Fordham who worked tirelessly all night either on the gates or with Sue for the rest of the night doing many jobs. See more

16.01.2022 We have some people stooping to a new low at the night stalls for the horses. We always lose 30 or so light globes around this time of the year - around show time. This year it wasn’t enough to take the globes, the low life’s cut the wiring and stole the light fittings themselves - seven of them to be precise. So we had to emergency call an electrician at 6pm last night to fix it so the rest of the lights would work. Another cost we don’t need. Hope the perpetrators are proud of themselves.

16.01.2022 Interview with Jackson Painting after a winning double early with Coolhand Easton in the 1st at Albury tonight, and Silent Rapture in the second.
