What you’ll need: Good ability with general maths... Ability to work and communicate effectively Sound knowledge of all aspects of food & hygiene Commitment to attain a trade certificate in baking Passion for bread making, pastry making and all baking related skills This is for immediate start. Hours are 8:30pm-4:30am five nights a week. This is a 4yr apprenticeship with VIC Tafe where you are required to attend class once per fortnight.
