25.01.2022 This is it, Our LAST week of Metafit and Metapwr. I have thoroughly enjoyed the last 3 years of instructing for the most amazing group of people l could have ever asked for. Your dedication to your health and wellbeing is second to none and you should all be commended. I am proud of the fact that we still have people coming twice a week that were at my very first class all that time ago. That actually brings tears to my eyes. I thank you all for the most amazing support from the bottom of my heart. I will miss you all dearly, and every time l drink Kombutcha l will be wishing l was sharing it with you all. So this is it! The last three sessions 6.15am Tues and Thurs and 9.15am Friday. Followed by a big Sale of all our gear - more on that later

24.01.2022 As most of you know, Albury Sports Academy is closing down on Friday. We are having a big Australia Day sale on all our gym gear including the floor. All at 50 - 70% off. The floor consists of 300ish 1m x1m rubber interlocking tiles. Would suit new gym, home gym, garage, camping floor etc (Original Cost $35 - we are selling for $15 each), and 31m x 6.25m of excellent quality Blue astro turf in 4m sections. We have Dumbbells and DB rack, olympic bars, Kettlebells, incline benc...hes, Trx straps, step boxes, a large squat rack, swiss balls, assorted weights, slam balls, sled and Med balls. We have gear that would suit sporting clubs such as agility poles, ladders, hurdles, ropes, vertical jump tests,GPS trackers and timing gates. We also have industrial fans,a bar fridge, microwave and some kitchen gear. All must go this Friday from 11am onwards. EDIT: Apologies to all but everything has been sold! Thank you all for the overwhelming support. We have a dumbbell rack left for $150 and 50 floor tiles left at $15 each.

20.01.2022 Hello all! We have done some miscalculations and discovered more gym equipment for sale when it was time to tidy up. From 10:45am everything you see will be for sale... Some items include therabands/resistance bands ($5), skipping ropes ($2), Swiss balls ($7), 2 x ladders ($10), 6 x bright orange plyons ($5), bench ($40), battle rope ($20), weight stand without weights ($10), dumbbell rack without weights ($125), stationary bike trainer ($20), grey chairs $10 each and much much more.

17.01.2022 SALE UPDATE - we have had overwhelming support for our clearance sale to the extent that there is almost nothing left. Im truly sorry if you have waited for Friday but people just walked into the gym today and together with messages, in an hour and a half it was all gone. We have 70 rubber tiles left if anyone needs them for their gym floor, and one bench press going for $150. It will be first in first served and the way it has gone if you message and pay, its yours. Sorry again if you missed out. If you have gear to pick up, you can do so from 10.15 onwards Friday Don't forget it you want to have a last crack at Metafit there are 2 sessions left. Thursday 6.15am and Friday 9.15am
