24.01.2022 Heres a little job I did yesterday, a timber frame window where the outside sill was completely water damaged and rotted. Unfortunately thats what can happen with outside timber unless regular maintenance is not followed. So I cut the old sill out and screwed a new section on, you would never know the difference, and came up really well.

22.01.2022 Good looking built in cupboard, only thing to add now is 4 long sliding door by the client. Another great outcome.

19.01.2022 Finished the laundry tiling job, tiled from floor to cornice and around this window, plastic beading finished the edging. 600x300 white tiles, laid in brick pattern on their side. Maintenance has been cut down now with only the ceiling to paint.

18.01.2022 This wall was infested with the biggest European wasp nest Ive ever seen. They ate a big chunk of the plasterboard from inside to out until they got to the painted surface, it was a decent size repair job.

15.01.2022 This wall was infested with the biggest European wasp nest I've ever seen. They ate a big chunk of the plasterboard from inside to out until they got to the painted surface, it was a decent size repair job.

15.01.2022 Walls done, floor next week. Reno is looking good.

14.01.2022 Here's the latest project finished. I thought the last pergola I build was big, then this one came along and is much bigger. 10 deg sloped roof overhanging existing roof, laser lite side in fills to catch extra sun light. Ceiling lined with hardieflex sheeting. Owners to install down lights shortly. We have created a 300mm roof space which will act as an insulator on those hot summer days. Also lowest point of ceiling is 2500mm and highest 3600mm from ground level, that should help with cooling as well. Owners choose to install their own guttering plumbed to tank.....yes it's located on a farm. Painting they said will happen in spring.

Also laying 600 x 300 white wall tiles in laundry.
