21.01.2022 Here’s a workout you can all do in this crazy iso world 3 rounds 1000m row / run 1 min rest between sets ... 6 rounds 500m row / run 30sec rest between sets 3 rounds 250m row/ run 15 snatches @30kg or 30 burpees I rowed and snatched ...wasn’t feeling the best today and I thought this would wake me up ...was hideous to say the least. Hardest part was not having enough time to get on and off the Rower to stretch the legs out . Should take you around 35-45 min As long as your intervals are at 100% then you’ve nailed it Great wod ...give it a go
