To learn sacred and ancient Hawaiian teachings and to touch the body in a safe & sacred way with reverence & confidence. This Training is designed for people who want to learn a healing modality or massage style with a solid personal development programme. No previous experience is necessary. You will experience: -Purpose created meditations -Tools and techniques to take care of your energetic & spiritual hygiene. -Stretching -Ohana (Hawaiian for Family) and meeting new likeminded people -Outpourings of Aloha -Giving and receiving of a full 1.5 hr Heartworks Lomi Lomi massage -Morning & Afternoon Tea.
