We wanted to find a way to help support others that support our planet so 100% of profits for every sale of this product go directly to the Sea Shepherd to help protect our ocean wildlife. 05.01.2022 Life is a storm. You will bask in the sunlight one moment, be shattered against the rocks the next. What makes the difference is what you do when the storm comes. Like many other businesses, 2020 has been full of challenges and changes. Over the last few months we have adapted our business to the new reality that faces us all moving forward. With the ever changing restrictions, the distillery is temporarily closed to the public however, we have been able to continue the p...roduction of Alchemy spirits and some of Australia's best known brands - as part of our contract distilling service. We will be expanding the distillery, working towards opening a retail and tasting space, right here on the main street, once the restrictions lift. In this new space, you will be able to taste and purchase the range of Alchemy spirits including the Chamomile Gin, Citrus Vodka, Classic Vodka and our special small batch releases. We’re also taking this opportunity to share other spirits we produce on behalf of our clients including The Sea Shepherd, Brunswick Aces, Heathcote Gin, Drops of Juniper, Zonzo Estate, Coombe Farm, Rochford Wines, Mary Monica and Flowstate Distillery to name a few. In addition, we’ll be offering products from our friends across the industry to help support independent businesses in this hard time. For updates on this new space, follow us on Instagram @alchemydistillers. The Organic Fruit and Veg Markets will still continue in the Alchemy laneway every Tuesday from 8am - 6pm. We also welcome the Yarra Valley Honey Company to the laneway who will be showcasing their locally sourced honey varieties every Saturday and Sunday from 11am (dependent on restrictions). We have reopened our Airbnb for guests to stay onsite and enjoy some time in the Yarra Valley.
