Reframe, understand that sometimes those really awful experiences put you on the path to the best experiences. That is how you turn a negative into a positive and plant seeds for the future you want to be living.
11.01.2022 Feeling the need to share some knowledge this time about growing your own food. If you have never grown your own before here are a couple of tips: 1: Do not plant all of your silverbeet (or anything else) in the same spot, spread it around the garden, it makes it harder for the insects to find. The moment you start cutting leaves off the silverbeet it sends out a chemical signal the insects smell and they come calling. The trick is to plant all over the place and you might pi...ck from spot a while spot b is growing. All the bugs go to spot a and leave spot b to grow. If they are all planted next to each other it is like hanging a neon sign that says great party here.... 2: Plant some marigolds in amongst your salad and veg greens spread them around because it is a natural protection for plants and if you can source pyrethum plants all the better. 3: Not all seeds will germinate plant anyway; not all plants will survive, plant anyway; water is important when new plants, seedlings and seeds are becoming established. A small drink each day is probably sufficient. If money is an issue and you do not have the option of planting into a garden, cardboard box with soil is a cheap easy option. Sunlight is a must, recommended at least 6 hours a day and the days are getting shorter here in Australia as Autumn takes hold. See more

09.01.2022 I remember reading about 20 years ago that when one psychic wants to run away all the surrounding psychics pack their bags and have no idea why. At the time I remember laughing because it made perfect sense to me and actually went a long way in explaining some of my own experiences. These days I'm more likely to come back to centre a lot quicker by asking if this is mine. Sometimes even when I know it is not mine the feeling stays until I have a conversation with someone rele...vant at that point in time. All my spiritual friends will understand how hard it can be when you are in the midst of an energetic storm that is not even your own! Getting honest with myself allows me to recover quickly from the affects. To put it in simpler terms imagine you have just walked into a room where you can feel the tension and know that something is going on between two people. It is palatable think of married couple that have had an argument. Think how uncomfortable that makes you feel even though it has nothing to do with you. Now imagine multiplying that by 1000, your not even in the room and all of a sudden these intense emotions take hold. It was a very long time before I even realized that a lot of those intense emotions were not mine. Thank goodness someone told me about 6 years ago to check in with my own heart and ask 'Is this mine'! It is not easy being green! See more
08.01.2022 Be aware of what is happening on the global level and spend time each day in a state of gratitude. Find a focus point. Maybe it is a clean house, the feeling ev...oked by a happy memory. Find the feeling and then allow that to settle for a moment. This creates the physiology in your body that can work for you. Breathe into the feeling and allow it to flow through your body. Acknowledge the feelings that are present even when those feelings are anxiety or worry. Thank the feelings, acknowledge the emotion and then bring your attention back to a happy memory and allow that to flow. This can be done in 2, 5 or 10 minute time slots. See more

07.01.2022 I don't normally comment on religious posts because my beliefs are my beliefs and your beliefs are yours. However there are a couple of points that I want to comment on, using my expertise as a deeply spiritual person and a seer/ psychic medium. I have been in the room when 2 families members have died, my great uncle and my father. As my Uncle Bill was dying I became aware of a large dark man in uniform waiting for him in spirit. While waiting for the cross over the man in u...niform told me that my uncle had killed him during WW2. I knew my uncle had been in the war but I only knew that he was in the army band and in my naivety I thought he was there as a peace keeper and not actually involved in fighting. At a later point in time I spoke with my sister whom was very close with our great uncle. She had spent time speaking with him about such things and she knew what I did not and so she was not surprised when I revealed that the first person waiting for Uncle Bill was a man whose life he taken. When my father left his physical body, I was distraught and by his side holding his hand. My family had spent the night at the hospital. It was not an easy thing to do. I did not see anyone waiting for him because they did not chose to show themselves to me and my whole focus was on my dying father. When my Dad left his body he was shaking his finger at me and saying 'You promised me', The promise was something that my Dad and I spoke about when I signed as witness to his will. I was told my Angles that he would taken to do an account of his life and then he would be free to look in on his family. My Dad has come to me, family in spirit have made their presence known to me. I have read for many strangers and provided experiential evidence i.e. information that I could not possible know pertaining to their lives and the lives of the person communicating from spirit. I remember vividly the first time I read for a Maori woman - there was a long line of ancestors and they were doing the Haka. The woman shared with me that one of her family members had played for the All Blacks. See more
