There will be a period of imbalance followed by calmness as a new way of being, living finds relevance. It will be accepted and be held in reverence for the beauty that it is. 12.01.2022 Unconditional Self Love You are loved child. You are love. You need to give of your self that same love. Fill your soul with deep love and gratitude for all you are. For all you've experienced in your human lifetime. For who you are today and all that has brought you to this place. Full, unconditional love that fills your soul . Every day make time to love your self. To proclaim your love for self . To honour all that makes you YOU. Unique. Individual. You.... Humans so often criticise, compare and judge their self so harshly. They apply outside influences to how they perceive they should be. They do not make the time to love self. The opposite occurs and they are harsh and hard on who they are. They externalise approval rather than having a deep, loving relationship with self that values, appreciates and honours the wholeness of who they are . Remove the negative talk. The criticism. The assumptions you're not good enough. Throw to the side the comparison to others that you measure yourself against. Value all the qualities you possess. Remove the words negative and positive and consider yourself in your wholeness. Every single aspect of your self is loveable. Love every aspect and cease seeking to criticise, compare or critique. There is never anything wrong with self or your journey. Wrong types of energy can enter your path but that does not make your soul unloveable or unworthy, or theirs. It makes them an energetic mismatch and that is all. Honouring your soul in its wholeness is how you unconditionally love self. 11.01.2022 Magpies are frequent visitors at our house, often unafraid to come close to me. During the drier months we were helping them with food and water. Today I passed a Magpie in the kerb dead as if he didnt matter. I stopped and was going to put him on the grass but instead bought him home. All the while with a watchful crow talking to me loudly. He is currently being smudged with Sage, a love incense and I will also use Frankincense and Myrrh. I am honouring him and sending h...is spirit home. Magpie medicine is clearly my medicine gift. My drum has Magpies painted on it (my smudging tool is crow). I feel deeply the connection. Whether this Magpie gifts me his body for use remains to be seen. 06.01.2022 Full Moon in Scorpio this Thursday AEST - and a Super Moon at that Full moons can be an intense time, an emotional rollercoaster for those susceptible to the energies of the moon. They are a time for releasing and shedding areas of your life that no longer serve you and can be a period of increased emotional sensitivity and psychic ability. If unmanaged/allowed to unfold without control, it can feel like things are spinning and overwhelming you. However, if you are aware... of the pull of the moon in the days leading up to and of the full moon, then great changes can be made that create powerful shifts in our life and psyche. Learning to harness and respect the moon cycle brings great personal power to your spiritual practices. Things to do on a full moon: - Smudge your personal space, work space, self, ritual tools; - Cleanse your space. Smudging is just one form of cleansing. Others include using essential oils or fresh herbs (rosemary, sage, frankincense, lavender) around your house on floors, bench tops, baths, gridding your house with protective crystals such as pyrite, tourmaline, selenite, clear quartz, smokey quartz, hematite, shungite, lemurian etc. Cleanse them each month to clear the energy they absorb and to maintain the grids strength; - Journal how you are feeling, messages you are receiving, shadows coming up for you. Face the shadows so you can work through and release them; - Write down and release though ritual things that no longer serve you. Full moons are about releasing, endings, completion, shedding to allow a new cycle to come through. Fire, water or earth rituals are a great way to release that which you write down. It can be used for any person that brings unwanted negative energy into your life. This could be someone you live with who is constantly complaining or angry. It could also be a friend who you care about deeply, but you know they are dragging you down with their negativity (see also a banishment spell or a binding spell). For this spell, I will provide a list of what you need, the purpose of each tool, and an incantation. Feel free to adjust this spell however you feel to be more effective. For this spell you will be calling upon each of the four elements to help cleanse yourself. Included are different representatives of each element (feel free to change them for whatever you prefer). This spell should be done at night beneath a new or waning moon. What You'll Need: - Three Black Candles (to absorb negative energy) - Three White Candles (to replace the negative with harmony and peace) - Thyme (to purify) - A bowl of salt water (to cleanse) - Rosemary incense (to purify) - Amethyst (to protect against psychic attacks) Casting Your Spell: 1.
