24.01.2022 THIS WEEK I am beginning a 6-WEEK ONLINE DANCE IMPROVISATION SERIES of classes called: RISING: the Road to RESILIENCE. Can a MOVEMENT practice plug us into the STILL, CALM center at the core of us? Can our breath, movement and connection with others nourish us? Can we dance our way to JOY and BEAUTY? JOIN ME and we will journey there together! TWO CLASSES to choose between: WEDNESDAYS 6.30pm-8.30pm (beginning JULY 15) ... FRIDAYS 10.30am-12.30pm (beginning JULY 17) Investment: $120 for 6x2-hour classes OR $20 to Drop-in to join a single class. Place: the safety and security of your own home!
