20.01.2022 All set up for our Women Empowering Women Sacred Circle tonight. My heart is so filled with pure joy. What an incredible 4 days here at Alchemy for Life. 2 delicious aromaZen sessions on Friday followed by 2 soul enriching days teaching Reiki Masters with 4 very beautiful ladies, inside and out ... I'm so very blessed and grateful to be living 5he path my soul has been calling me to for such a long time.

20.01.2022 As I read these words of wisdom this morning, it reminded me if how connected I feel when playing in my garden or crafting something with my hands. Lately I've also been drawn to create my beautiful candles again. Love being in that creative space that recharges & energises me What do you do to get your creative juices flowing?
