22.01.2022 My heart aches stirring words in a melting pot that I can’t seem to grasp let alone speak.. all there is, is to surrender. I cry. I ache. I feel it all. And with surrender the words begin to flow, my mind fills and the energy flows... I tried reparenting myself for ages Each time in my child like state looking for love in all the wrong places only finding more disappointment and pain, still feeling abandoned and unloved by myself and others no matter how hard I tried to give myself what I needed and yet I did not even know. A discarded doll on a shelf that nobody wanted to play with. I was stumbling around blind in the dark hurting myself more instead of igniting my soul spark. Little did I know of what I did not know nor if what I desired at the depths of my heart were even possible and yet now I find it to be true as I have experienced love each time like no other and when I look in the mirror now instead of seeing a husk of a shell, I can be truly present with who I am, each aspect of me, loved and unloved, the seeker and the sought, who wouldn’t have found true love without fraught. Each experience broke me open and I became a grateful heart. My heart feels more fulfilled than it has so far and each day it’s depth grows as I overflow with pure love as an abundant waterfall does. What beauty, such a gift to be loved and give love, to gift myself my own love and to be experienced by others with loving awareness too. What a gift to be me. 10.01.2022 Many of my clients ask me about finding love or being with their life partner. I thought I'd share this for those out there who aren't experiencing the true love they deserve and desire. Whether it's to gain the courage to leave a relationship that isn't adding value or if you need the reminder that your love is out there. I always say this; Be the love you wish to receive. Give yourself your own love.... How would you desire to be treated by your lover? Speak to yourself and act in that way. Do the Love Languages Quiz. If you're with someone or starting to date someone How do you feel about yourself? Do you give yourself your own love? Love Language: How do you give and receive love? How do you feel when around them? How do you feel without them? Is there an equal giving and receiving of love? If not, how can you create a safe space to speak openly and honestly about how to create more of this for both of you. If you don't have the partner/s of your dreams yet How do you feel about yourself? Do you feel worthy? How do you speak and treat yourself? What negative and/or limiting beliefs might be preventing you attracting your desires? Are you clear on what you desire and are becoming a vibrational match to in each moment? How would you feel around them/without them? Where is your Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine at? It is helpful to tune into your Divine Masculine if you've been operating more in your Divine Feminine energies and vice versa to create greater balance.
