Those who live in the higher Chakras who meditate a lot, tend to get lost if they don’t ground. Those who are flowing through life aimlessness, unsure of what path to take need to ground and come back to purpose and intention. Those who are effected by the tides and moon cycles by the means of lack of sleep or undirected emotion, grounding can support you during these cycles. After being surgically diagnosed with endometriosis at 23 she made it her mission to find an alternative healing path. Now 27 and no longer suffers with the sever pain of endometriosis she holds a high passion for guiding women on their healing journey. We can cure the body but if we don’t heal the energy our illnesses and diseases will probably manifest and show up again. Brooke is here to hold space for you and remind you, you are your greatest healer.
