20.01.2022 The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness. ~Sakyong Mipham Image via @commongood.embodiment

18.01.2022 Ayurveda isn’t about eliminating all of the things that don’t fit within the classic diet & lifestyle, it’s about moderation and finding a balance so that these outlets don’t cause imbalances in the body. If something brings you joy and you are in control of quantity, quality and being able to recognise when you’re using it as an escape versus a celebration ~ then enjoy it. If you know me, you’ll know I love a nice glass of organic wine from time to time. But I always try to... be mindful of the source, my limits and using the tools of Ayurveda to come back to balance in my daily life. My mission is to share the wisdom of Ayurveda to create a stable base which creates healthy boundaries and a strong foundation from which we can thrive. Image by @tessguinery

16.01.2022 I’ve just shared a big bloody blog on how to utilise Ayurvedic wisdom for a healthy period. Some will find it controversial, others will find it insightful but the point is that we ALL (women, men and children) need to know more about the tides of our cycles and how we can support ourselves & our loved ones throughout these beautiful (and definitely not gross) changes that women experience on a daily basis... I’ve been writing this blog for about six months and I’m really exc...ited to share it. Please send it to your girlfriends, boyfriends, parents or anyone (who is everyone) who could benefit from a little more understanding and a whole lot more normalcy around the most natural part of being a woman You can read the blog here https://bit.ly/aoa-period Art via @channel.void

01.01.2022 Our breath is something we can so easily take for granted. But it holds so much power. The strength to bring us back to the moment, to be mindful, to watch and guide us from a frantic state to a moment of stillness. If you feel like you’re losing yourself in a moment, or need to find some peace, to de-armor the shackles of anxiety ... find your breath. Count it, relax into it, embrace it
