25.01.2022 We had a fun night at the 2019 Tasmanian Architecture Awards last Saturday evening! Check out these wonderful photos - you may even recognise a few of the guests! Congratulations to all the recipients of commendations and awards and to the Institute of Architects Tasmanian Chapter for putting on such a great night! We are proud sponsors and we are already looking forward to next years event!

24.01.2022 The whole gang at Aldanmark wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and all the best for a happy and healthy 2020! Our final day in the office was a great success, we all stopped at 1pm for lovely food and lots of drinks. It gave us the opportunity to auction off all the Christmas gifts Aldanmark received and share around our hard working employees. Money raised from the auction to be given to the Royal Hobart Hospital (Paediatric Ward). Thanks to Mark and Daniel Gardner going head... to head trying and win the last auction of the day - 4 pack of beer from Shambles - going for $400. Thank you to all those people and companies who gave Aldanmark Christmas presents this year. Merry Christmas

24.01.2022 Yesterday the Al in Aldanmark celebrated his 80th revolution around the sun! He is still working hard, keeping builders on their toes, regaling us with stories and making us smile. Happy birthday Alan Gardner! - with Daniel Gardner and Mark Gardner

21.01.2022 We are open for business! Aldanmark are excited to announce that we have our COVID-19 Safety Plan in place, and we are transitioning back to the workplace. Over the next few weeks, we will be running a 50/50 split roster, week on/week off, with our team working between the office and their homes. Unfortunately, this means that some of your favorite faces and personalities may not be in the office, but we strongly encourage you to keep in contact via virtual meeting systems.... So, if you want to come in and say hello and grab a delicious coffee on us, please feel free but remember to follow our Safety Plan. See you soon!

20.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all from the team at Aldanmark. Thank you to Pennicott Wilderness Journeys for a very enjoyable last day of 2020 with our trip down to Bruny Island on Wednesday Best wishes to everyone for a happy and healthy 2021!

18.01.2022 We are super proud of this guy! Chris Fysh has put in a fantastic effort to complete his Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services from Tas TAFE while juggling full-time work, family, enduro moutain biking, new puppy dog, band gigs, fishing, the list goes on! He is a busy man but has a positive attitude and loves a challenge! Congrats Fyshy!

16.01.2022 Creating the engineers of the future! Here is senior structural engineer Tim Watson teaching the kids about the strength of different shapes. Can you guess which one was the strongest?

12.01.2022 Christmas has come early!! Aldanmark are very happy to share that we have donated $1000 to Royal Hobart Hospital’s Neonatal and Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (NPICU) and you all helped us do it. You may remember at the end of last year, to share your kind Christmas Presents around the whole Aldanmark Team we decided to auction off the gifts to our staff. The money raised together with some of our other charity events during the year helped us raise $1000. We chose the NPICU following our own staff and families having personal experiences in that ward and wanted to show our little piece of support to the NPICU team and their resources in return.

11.01.2022 Congratulations to the students, architects, Institute of Architects Tasmanian Chapter and Architecture & Design, University of Tasmania for running such a great initiative! What an excellent way to get the next generation of Tasmanian architects learning about structures and buildability! Awesome to see some of the projects we have been involved in chosen by the students! #thebarnTAS #workbylizandalex #architecture #engineering

Similar to Gogglebox, but Gogglefox - Aldanmark Style. Special thanks to Alastair Baldwin & Romey Giles for their guest appearance! Enjoy
