What to expect from your appointment? - A thorough clinical assessment and appropriate physical testing - Preventative and corrective manual therapy techniques, such as; Soft & deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint mobilization, cupping, dry needling, gentle prescriptive exercises and stretches and pain management techniques.

03.01.2022 We are exciting to announce that Alder Street Remedial Therapy appointments will commence as of Monday the 8th of April. Opening hours are as follows: Monday: 10am-3pm Tuesday: 10am-3pm... Wednesday: 10am-5pm Thursday: 10am-3pm Saturdays: As per request For the interim payments will be cash only, until Efpos/HICAPS facilities have been arranged. Receipts with therapist provider numbers can be obtained for you to process your private health rebates. I thank you for your patients until this time.
