Aldgate Stingrays d Scott Creek Devils 12-0 and Aldgate Orcas d Hahndorf Geckos 7-5 in Division 2/3. Aldgate Squids d Cherry Gardens Redfins 9-3 in Division 4.

14.01.2022 The hall will be open again for our Social Hit Day this Sunday evening 8th of November from 7 - 9pm. The next session after that will be December 13th. Hope to see you there!

14.01.2022 Yesterday the state’s first ever TableTableTableTable Tennis Tournament was held at East Adelaide and was a great success! The event was also used to raise fund...s for Beyond Blue with over $550 being donated to support their amazing mental health work. It was a fun day full of amazing rallies with Frank Ford defeating Paton Wilson in an entertaining final! Keep you ears tuned as no doubt there will be another edition of this great concept in the future! A huge thank you to all those who donated, helped with set up/pack down, played and came along to watch. A special thanks to Ashley Hams for constructing the net and to Lenno Stevels for the initiative and his effort in organising and hosting the event! See more



13.01.2022 GRAND FINAL MADNESS in DIV 1 and DIV 2/3 Div 1 Aldgate Sharks 7-29 d Summertown Pandas 5-19 Aldgate Sharks won the opening 2 doubles in style but Summertown won 3 of the next 4 singles to gain the upper hand.... Perry Edwards was the only singles winner for Aldgate. Lenno and David lost the top double and Aldgate were in trouble. With the Sharks down 3 rubbers to 4, Perry and James won the last double in straight games. Lenno won his last single in style and James won in 5 games to put the Sharks back in front. Perry completed an undefeated night winning his last single. Aldgate Sharks added the 2020 title to the 2016,2017,2019 Flags. Div 2/3 Aldgate Stingrays 8-28 d Aldgate Orcas 4-19 The Stingrays started the match winning the opening 2 doubles. Stingray’s Simon and Fergus won their singles, and David Blacklock and Malcolm Plunkett won for the Orcas. The Stingrays won the next 2 doubles to open up a healthy lead. Malcolm and Rob Paterson won their singles for the Orcas. Olly Williams won against Orca’s Kathy Clarke to secure the title and Stingray Fergus beat David Blacklock in the last game. The Aldgate Squids play their Grand Final on Thursday and we wish them all the best of luck to get the Aldgate TTC trifecta! Summertown Blue Wrens d Aldgate Squids 7-16 to 5-12 The Squids won the opening 2 doubles and George and Manoli won the opening 2 singles. Vadim and Gabriel lost their opening singles. Summertown won the last 2 doubles and it was 4 rubbers all. Manoli had a solid win but Aldgate lost the other 3 singles. After only winning 2 games last year, Aldgate Squids finished on top of the ladder and made the Grand Final. There is a lot of positives to come out of this season and the Squids should be proud of their improvement in 2020.

13.01.2022 Round 3 Results Aldgate Sharks d Hahndorf Goannas 11-1 in Division 1. In Division 2/3 Aldgate Stingrays d Hahndorf Geckos 8-4 and Aldgate Orcas d Hahndorf Shinglebacks 7-5.... Aldgate Squids d Basket Range Robins 9-3 in Division 4. Round 4 Results Aldgate Sharks had a bye in Division 1. Division 2/3 Aldgate Stingrays and Aldgate Orcas had a close battle with the Stingrays winning 6-25 to 6-23. Aldgate Squids d Basket Range Bats 10-2 in Division 4

12.01.2022 At the half way point of the season, Aldgate's teams are performing very well. Aldgate Sharks d Upper Sturt Possums 12-0 and are top in Division 1. Division 2/3 Aldgate Stingrays d Hahndorf Shinglebacks 8-4 to maintain their spot on top of the ladder, closely followed by the Aldgate Orcas in 2nd who defeated Scott Creek Dingoes 11-1. Aldgate Squids had a hard fought battle with Summerton Blue Wrens winning 7-5 to hold top spot in Division 4.

11.01.2022 On Sunday Aldgate TTC had its End of Season celebration. George provided some very yummy lamb wraps and David presented heaps of awards! It has been a very successful season and Aldgate TTC doesn't do summer breaks. More updates on practice nights and social hits will be posted here soon. Award winners:... 11.01.2022 Round 7 of the Hills Association Competition was a very successful one for Aldgate TTC. Division 1, Aldgate Sharks d Summertown Pandas 7-5. Aldgate Orcas d Scott Creek Devils 11-1 and Aldgate Stingrays d Scott Creek Dingoes 11-1 in Division 2/3.... Aldgate Squids had a bye in Division 4 Meanwhile, there has been a sighting of a certain Wombat playing for Upper Sturt in Div 1 :-)



10.01.2022 Round 9 write up. Aldgate Sharks had a bye in Division 1. Division 2/3 showdown saw Aldgate Orcas d Aldgate Stingrays 7-24 to 5-24. Both teams are now on an 8-1 win/ loss record.... Aldgate Squids d Basket Range Robins 9-3 in Division 4.

07.01.2022 GRAND FINAL TIME FOR ALL ALDGATE TEAMS! For the first time in our long and proud history; all four Aldgate teams will play for the championship in their Grand Finals. Quite an achievement for such a small club and it shows Aldgate TTC is on the right track. Hahndorf Institute Tuesday 22nd September 7.30pm... Division 1: Aldgate Sharks vs. Summertown Pandas Division 2/3: Aldgate Stingrays vs. Aldgate Orcas Uraidla Institute Thursday 24th September 7.30pm Division 4: Aldgate Squids vs. Summertown Blue Wrens Come out and support your club members and watch some great table tennis!

07.01.2022 Wishing all members a wonderful Christmas and a healthy 2021! Thank you to the committee for running the show so well and ofcourse a special mention to David, our President extraordinare! Also the club would like to thank the competition players and social players who stuck with it during this rollercoaster year. That was great!... The club will open in January again, keep posted for details.

06.01.2022 Dear members, It is with regret that I write to you tonight to advise of the clubs immediate closure for at least the next 2 weeks, due to the State Government restrictions announced today following the recent COVID-19 outbreak. As per the Government regulations, we are not permitted to open again for 2 weeks from midnight tonight. This means all practice, social play must cease immediately. We will keep you up to date when we re-open

04.01.2022 Aldgate ended the minor round with wins in all Divisions. Division 1 Aldgate Sharks d Upper Sturt Possums 11-1, to finish top on the ladder and face Summertown Pandas in the Semi Final at Hahndorf Hall on Tuesday 8 Sept. Aldgate Stingrays d Hahndorf Shinglebacks 9-3 and Aldgate Orcas d Scott Creek Dingoes 11-1 in Division 2/3. The Stingrays finished on top of the ladder followed closely by the Orcas. They will play each other in the Semi Final at Uraidla Hall Tuesday 8 Sept, ...with the winner going through to the Grand Final. In Division 4, Aldgate Squids d Summertown Blue Wrens 8-4 and finished top after only winning 2 games last season. The Squids play Summertown Blue Wrens in the Semi Final Thursday Sept 10 at Uraidla, which is almost a sell out due to their large following. See more
