25.01.2022 This Saturday night the Cellar Bistro is booked out to the local football club for a private function. There will be meals still available in the front bar and beer garden.

22.01.2022 Hi guys, The Aldinga Hotel is looking for vibrant bar/waiting staff to assist us in the upcoming summer season and after our new renovations are complete. On offer is around 15 hours a week with the ability to gain more for the right candidate.... Experience is preferred but if you are a quick learner with the right attitude, we are more than happy to provide you with training for the skills you need. 22.01.2022 A crazy afternoon in our new bottle shop when restrictions were announced. A big thank you to Cody, Troy and Dominic for coming into work at short notice. Also thank you to Bronte and Rhyse for coming in early, helping Mike and Kane out who were finding it hard to keep up. You are all appreciated, and are legends! 14.01.2022 As most patrons would be aware, as of midnight last night restrictions are back in place. They are as follows - - 100 person capacity limit in venue - 1 person per 4 square metre - maximum of 10 booking ... per table - All patrons to be seated, aside from ordering meals or drinks Due to these capacity restrictions, bookings will be essential to avoid disappointment ...(85577994). Unfortunately previous bookings may have to be cancelled or adjusted. As our temporary bar is already limited with space due to our current renovations, we encourage patrons to utilise beer garden . 12.01.2022 There are lots of renovations happening out the back of the hotel as well. New offices, keg room, 2 walk in cool rooms, walk in freezer, store room and a kitchen extension about to start soon. Stacey, Ricky and the kitchen team have been maintaining a high standard of quality tasty meals, with power drills and tradies around them most days. Well done guys! 09.01.2022 Several patrons have been asking about the smoker. Due to the current renovations in progress out the back, we are unable to offer the slow cooked smoked meats. We anticipate it will be back on the menu soon
