11.01.2022 Hi guys, like everyone else we just wanted to take the opportunity to put you at ease in regards to the Covid19 issue. Health practices / physio clinics in general have always been required to provide a high level of cleanliness in the environment, and adhere to strict infection control procedures well before the new Covid19 outbreak. With that being said we will be providing our services in a manner that best protects ourselves and our clients, and ensures that people are s...till able to receive the same quality pain relief + exercise guidance that they always have from us. Extra measures have been put in place where necessary, such as reducing exercise class sizes, and allowing greater gaps between patient bookings. Rest assured we are doing our very best to maintain an environment that can operate as normal as possible, and help people continue about their lives as typically as every other day. Just remember after a long lay off, be careful diving straight back in, give your tendons and joints some time to adjust back to your activity And as always we are here to assist you and will make ourselves available for any aches, pains or advice...
