13.01.2022 CHINESE SPRING ONION PANCAKES DOUGH: 300gm plain flour, pinch of salt, 150ml boiling water. Mix together then kneed rest for 10 mins FILLING: slice spring onions finely, place in bowl sprinkle a bit of Chinese 5 spice in mix Roll out the dough as pics show.
