24.01.2022 Home isolation set up right here! What do you do when your umbrellas don't offer enough shade on your West Lakes pontoon? Well you add zipped on mesh sides first, then when that still doesn't cover it you add a zipper in roof between the two and yet another mesh shade.... 23.01.2022 A winter restoration project in full swing as we fit this brand new mainsail to a customer's Hood 23 trailer sailer. The previous sail was most likely it's first & had seen better days. With this new main, the boat is now looking the goods. It will be great see it out on the water next season. Thanks, Tracey!

19.01.2022 Did someone ask for shade? Will this 152 square metre shade do the trick Replacing this existing shade structure that was past its used by date over this ...schools playground is certainly one of the biggest we've done and with some newly engineers tools to help tension we think it looks great. Attached to the frame with powder coated aluminium tracking allows this shade to maintain an even tension all around. Using HVG Fabrics's Extrablock shade cloth provides these children with a 95% UV block which is important in the Riverland area of SA where the temperature regularly exceed 40 degrees. 18.01.2022 Some work in progress shots as we fit this Dodger & Bimini. In house fabrication work included raising the dodger frame & adding a stainless steel grab rail. Waterproof acrylic canvas is being used throughout with a rolling window in the front clears. Call us to discuss all of your marine trimming needs.

18.01.2022 Just finished off a tidy little shade sail in this lovely updated courtyard. This shade was made in VisionTex PVC coated mesh and sewn in PTFE UV thread. We also provided and installed all the custom made brackets. HVG Fabrics

18.01.2022 Brand new dodger just installed on this Beneteau First 40. The frame can be easily folded down via removable pins. The large clear PVC window can also be removed with zips. Add in a boom tent and the boat is well prepped for the upcoming season!

16.01.2022 From first measure to final fit. This custom cover for a Camero ski boat fits like a glove. Made using computer design & cutting tools, high grade UV resistant fabric & strapped down with a ratchet fastening system. All boats should be treated this well.

16.01.2022 Big Saturday for our install lads at an Early Learning Centre in Burnside. Install included 3 custom shade sails and bracketry plus Eva/PVC padding on some ledges to protect little noggins from bumps and bruises. 14.01.2022 Boat for all seasons? We recently finished the work on this lovely Dufour 405 which includes two sets of cockpit sides, one mesh and one clear to get the best protection for every weather. The work consisted of replacement Dodger cover, Bimini cover, Boom Bag and various other small covers, plus the addition of a Link Sheet between the Dodger and Bimini as well as the all seasons side pieces.... The final product should provide comfortable cruising no matter the location.

We were able to produce new clears to the same dimensions with a few quality of life improvements, including a caravan track for better shape around the front section and rolling D Windows. Add in a brand new Mariner roof and this boat looks the goods!

09.01.2022 What a way to finish off one of the nicest backyard/deck areas we've been lucky enough to work in. Using a combination of four wind-up Channel X blinds and a D-Track Spring-loaded blind as a doorway, these blind will offer the owners year round comfort while looking classy at the same time. Not only do mesh blinds block out the harsh Australian sun with up to 94% UV-R block, they also block up to 96% wind and rain meaning they are also great when winter comes. ... HVG Fabrics

08.01.2022 Another re-run we were able to put out with quick turnaround time due to our extensive archive of files. The customer decided to switch from the previously used WeatherMax UV Resistant Fabric to Mariner, a PVC coated polyester which is designed to withstand the Australian climate. We used Arctic White fabric with grey backing, then added sky blue trim around the edges to match the boats accents.

07.01.2022 Early Christmas for this customer who we just finished a new dodger and enclosure for. We originally did the job 16 years ago and it finally died recently so a little refresh was due. We also upgraded the material to a waterproof acrylic canvas, 1mm sheet clear PVC and as usual sewn with a PTFE thread guaranteed for the life of the material.

04.01.2022 With our computer aided design program and comprehensive files we keep, we were able to re-run this dodger for the third time in the boats lifespan With the design already being on file this reduced the turn around time from order to completion. This time the customer wanted to change up the material to match the boom bag we previously did. This resulted in the use of a fully waterproof Acrylic Canvas plus extruded sheet clear PVC.... Qualification series is now done and they have got themselves into the Gold fleet in a super competitive fleet including multiple Olympic medalists, World Champions and Olympic coaches.

03.01.2022 This Gopher mobility scooter was in need of some protection from the elements. Our team were quickly able to build a stainless steel frame and design a cover to fully enclose the scooter with canvas & clear PVC, roll up side zip windows and an acrylic windscreen. 01.01.2022 Did someone say comfortable cruising? We recently finished off this job on a nice Binks built Farr. New redesigned dodger including the stainless steel frame with grab-rail manufacture in house, as well as the bimini frame we also produced.... These were then covered in waterproof acrylic canvas, sewn with UV resistant PTFE thread and combined with high quality sheet PVC clears. The dodger and bimini were then complimented with a link sheet between them, a universal side shade that can be used on either side and a sail cover to finish off. HVG Fabrics
