24.01.2022 On Thursday the 5th of December 2019, our team (Justin, Simon and Shawn) along with student Trevor took on 72 golf holes in one day to raise funds for the Cancer Council Victoria. We had many beautiful people donate through the Longest Day website and we can't thank you all enough for your generous donations. The smallest amounts all add up! We played our 72 holes of golf in Rye at the very beautiful The Dunes Golf Club. We can't thank them enough for the opportunity to complete this challenge, and at what we think is one of the BEST golf courses in Victoria, if not Australia! Most of all we'd like to thank our beautiful wives/partners for their patience with us Golf Addicts :-) Much Love, Juzzy, Simon, Shawn and Trevor!

19.01.2022 Sooooo, after 1 week of opening the studio and teaching very few lessons and classes in our happy place, we unfortunately have to temporarily close once again from Thursday. Tomorrow is our only full day with some availabilities for physically distanced private lessons. And, there is one Latin Technique & Styling class that can host 10 people at 7pm. Well be working on the Rumba tomorrow night. Come and experience the joy of dance one last time before the 6 week lockdown wit...h us. The studio was just starting to feel the warmth of our attendance again this week. Well have to celebrate in style once this is all over! Wishing you all a safe, healthy and positive isolation. 18.01.2022 Hey all. Simon here from Alegria Dance Centre. It's an exciting week for virtual classes this week. This Easter Monday we have the Social Silver group at 8.15pm... and the Social Gold Group at 9.15pm with myself. Both classes will be running through swing/jive. Then on Tuesday at 10am Justin will be running a latin fitness class to get that body moving, and at 11am is the Latin technique and styling class. On Wednesday evening with myself we have another latin fitness class at 8.15pm, so those of you still working have a chance to make it. Then at 9.15pm I'll be running an intermediate salsa class for you all. On Thursday morning at 10am we have a latin fitness class, again run by Justin, and at 11am he has the Latin technique and styling class again. Then, finally, Thursday evening is our free weekly catch up where we can have a bit of a chat and socialise, and get some human interaction happening! We would love to see you at as many classes as you'd like to do, so jump on to the Alegria website, book in for the classes, and we will see you on the virtual dance floor! One more thing: we still available for virtual individual private lessons, so if you are after virtual private lessons, contact your individual teacher to organise a time. Cheers all, Simon.

As we are closed for another 6 weeks, I will be restarting virtual classes and private lessons.
