All of the recommendations had hidden agendas behind them and they were recommended because of influence and $$ from industry and manufacturers. The incorrect and misleading information has made us even more sick and unhealthy. We have more health issues today and our kids are more sick than previous generations. . . . It’s time to get back to basics, to eating real food like our ancestors ate. This means:... Cut out all the processed highly refined foods. Check ingredient statements of all packaged foods and if the ingredients are not made up of wholefoods then avoid avoid avoid. Eat plenty of fresh veggies, organic grass fed and finished meat, healthy fats, fruit. Eat a wide variety of foods. Prepare your own foods so you know what ingredients go into it, the quality of the ingredients and how it is cooked. . . . We have been told so many lies.
