25.01.2022 Improvisation 101: a couple of VERY happy first home buyers that I had the pleasure of assisting were a bit shattered when their agent advised due to VIC restrictions, they were unable to pose in front of their new home with the ‘SOLD’ sticker. . That didn’t stop Mitch and Isla from using their wonderful minds - a printer, sticky tape and a short drive enabled them to create a special memory that will last forever. It doesn’t look that different from the norm either! . Congratulations to a couple of legends.

11.01.2022 Week 1 down and funnily enough this photo from a Facebook memory 6 years ago showed up today. I was a kid in VCAL who back then had no motivation or goals in life, now Im happy as Larry writing loans and recommending finance options, with a goal to change peoples lives. Taking a job in this industry turned my life around even without an ATAR or uni degree. Just goes to show that where you finished in school is not the be all and end all. ... The human mind now more than ever focuses on everything negative and the positive is a low priority. This kind of list is so crucial nowadays, especially in beautiful Melbourne (refer to photo).
