We are so disconnected from the outdoors in our everyday lives, then we wonder why getting out in nature is good for us. This book and film provides insights into how people feel after ‘earthing’ or ‘grounding’ regularly, showing remarkable health effects. There is li...ttle science explained, but if you just use logic in knowing that we are electric beings, we need to be grounded just like electrical sockets. 22.01.2022 Napolean Hill, ‘Think and Grow Rich’ A classic book from 1937 that demonstrates the power of the subconscious mind in attaining wealth. Think and Grow Rich fits perfectly with PSYCHK, through the use of affirmations and elevated emotions (similar to Joe Dispenza too), which Hill titles autosuggestion. There is so much good information here on planning, taking action, subconscious work and self-analysis, with a focus on wealth creation. PSYCH-K is autosuggestion, which can ...internalise your goals into the subconscious. 19.01.2022 Is PSYCH-K WOOWOO? No, it is not WOOWOO, it is basic. I was brought up a sceptic, studied philosophy (the harsh, argumentative type), economics and accounting, and have worked in very rational work environments. While logic and reason assist us in so many facets of our lives at the individual level and at a societal level, when it comes to what is holding us back and what challenges us, I think everyone accepts that different stresses affect people differently.... We've all had bosses we could work with easily while watching colleagues struggle as they cannot handle how the boss behaves (and vice versa). If we used logic and reason, we could all respond in our preferred way - but we don't. Why is it that one person is more affected or stressed by an event or person than others? Some people can handle health issues easily but struggle at work. Some always have difficult relationships but can run a successful business. We all have unique personalities based on our upbringing based on our beliefs. Once we recognise what’s driving our struggles, we begin to see how we’d like to be instead. The final step is to change and PSYCH-K is an excellent tool to facilitate that change.

18.01.2022 Michael Pollan, ‘How to Change Your Mind’ A mainstream analysis and experience of psychedelics how they have impacted society, what value they still have to offer and what they mean for society. This book may be the catalyst for change in the perspective of psychedelics in mainstream society given his prominence as an author and speaker. Obviously, Michael Pollan is famous for books such as, ‘The Omnivore's Dilemma’, which I suppose brings some credibility in that an educa...ted 60-something would be interested in such therapies. Below is an interview at the Wheeler Centre in Australia on one of his book tours. Psychedelics can be a powerful and profound way to change the subconscious and lead people to a new version of themselves. However, they are also inescapable once you're on the trip, which can also involve negative experiences, particularly if you're not in a safe environment. Psychedelics are also illegal in most western countries. That is why I suggest people use PSYCH-K to change their subconscious. It is simple, non-invasive and well-directed. You have conscious choice, but you are almost always driven to action or stopped in your tracks from acting as a result of subconscious beliefs. So, if you’re finding yourself in the same relationship, you’re stuck in a rut and can’t get out, you’re always running into some form of blockage in your life and you can’t quite figure out why, i...t’s likely that it’s not by chance that things consistently turn out how they do it’s your subconscious beliefs. PSYCH-K is a simple, powerful and effective way to change your subconscious beliefs to live the life you want.

15.01.2022 WHAT DO I ACTUALLY DO IN A PSYCH-K SESSION? In a session, we discuss the issue you are facing. Once it is defined, you decide what you would like instead. We turn what you want into a Goal Statement (in the form of an affirmation), then muscle test as to whether your subconscious already carries this new belief. If it does not, we follow the PSYCH-K change process (there are different ‘Balances’ to achieve the same outcome), then we muscle test again to ensure the subconsc...ious has taken on the new belief. We celebrate and decide on action steps that provide assurance to the subconscious and the conscious mind, that the new belief is instilled. Finally, we circle back to the original issue to identify whether further Balances are required. We use PSYCH-K to address the underlying subconscious beliefs that are associated with the issues you're facing. We put you on a new path with new beliefs for a new reality.

12.01.2022 What are your subconscious patterns? How do you identify your subconscious beliefs? This is how you can start: - Look at people's behaviours that bother you the most. Is it a sense of injustice that they're getting away with something? Is it that you're not courageous enough to do what they're doing? Think deeply about why it bothers you so much and then look inside and realise that it's something to do with you - it will be a subconscious belief. - Observe your thoughts and ...notice what comes up the most when you're not thinking - the things that bother you in the shower, when you're driving, when you're trying to go to sleep. These thoughts are being driven by beliefs in your subconscious. - What does your inner critic tell you? Are you worried about what other people think? Do you think you're a fraud when you're going to put yourself out there? Do you feel like you're not good enough? - If you're still stuck and identifying patterns and beliefs in the subconscious, look at your parents. How are they stuck? The chances are there will be a similarity in some way to you. Identifying your patterns is the first step to change. Once you realise where you're at, you can then decide how you want to be instead. PSYCH-K is the final step that aligns your subconscious with how you consciously want to be.

09.01.2022 Rob Williams, ‘The Missing Piece/Peace in Your Life’ This book is written by the originator of PSYCH-K, Rob Williams. It provides a great overview of what PSYCH-K is, how PSYCH-K came to be and generally how PSYCH-K works. If you prefer to read a book on something, start with his book for PSYCH-K specifically. 08.01.2022 Joel Salatin is a larger-than-life character that is passionate about small farming and feeding the world. You may find him annoying and divisive given some of his political views, but he articulates what he thinks, what’s wrong with our food system, and provides solutions. Regenerative farming is one of my passions, having bought a small property outside of Canberra in 2015 and at that point knowing nothing about farming (or much practical at all). I've followed Joel Salati...n for years. I encourage anyone with an interest in sustainability to read his books or watch some interviews, because he knows what he is doing and provides a framework for others. He was interviewed on the Joe Rogan podcast just recently and is particularly relevant given logistical challenges of a globalised world during COVID-19. 07.01.2022 Bruce Lipton's Biology of Belief lecture on how our thoughts impact our bodies. The book (which is just a more detailed version than this video) provides an excellent explanation of how your thoughts create your reality and that you can make yourself sick or well through your thoughts. It includes great discussions of the conscious versus subconscious minds and marries well with PSYCH-K. Bruce Lipton himself (as he describes in the book), uses PSYCH-K as his method of cha...nging the subconscious mind, but he also highlights other techniques such as hypnosis, playing tapes at night and habituation. https://youtu.be/82ShSNuru6c

03.01.2022 Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian practice of forgiveness that proposes that all of our individual reality is created by ourselves. This means that anything bad that happens we must take responsibility for, including things that appear beyond our control. We do this through a simple mantra where we repent, forgive, love and show gratitude. You simply repeat the phrase below when engaging with any issue. Often said to be a tedious practice, it does focus the mind and can habituate these four processes into the subconscious. It can be a calming thing to do if you're worked up, to focus in on love and gratitude and calm you down. You can also address your underlying subconscious beliefs driving that anger and frustration through PSYCH-K, but they go hand-in-hand.



02.01.2022 Joe Dispenza, ‘Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself’ Joe Dispenza has a big focus on meditation as a way to change your beliefs and how you are as a person. The explanations are very useful in thinking about how you are, how you formed your beliefs and what to do about it. I have used his guided meditations and find his explanations useful, particularly in relation to personalities, beliefs and how you can use this in combination with PSYCH-K. Below is a good presentation he did that discusses how your thoughts create your reality, and to change your reality, you need to change your personality.
