19.01.2022 Alexander Building and Construction are excited to announce we have recently expanded and are now undertaking bathroom/ensuite/laundry renovations too. We can arrange every aspect of your project from demolition to design and finishing touches. This was a full renovation of an ensuite completed by our team of experienced tradesmen. It features floor to ceiling tiled walls, built in 'shaving step' and hobless* shower for that seamless look. (*As the hob was removed, we have in...stalled a reflux valve.) 14.01.2022 Current project underway, retaining wall with pool/spa on the canals in Mandurah. Steel reinforcement in place, now awaiting concrete pour.

14.01.2022 A recent renovation completed. We demolished old layout to create a hallway, bedroom and study. We installed a door frame into bedroom. Walls were bricked, rendered and plastered using Thistle multi finish.

12.01.2022 Client wanted to change the layout of home built in 1970's. We cut out a door frame in hallway and changed it to a 2 metre opening and in the next room we created a new 1.8 metre opening into kitchen to make it more open plan. Now the client can have a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, rather than the previous layout where it was in separate rooms. Walls were finished using British Gypsum multifinish, best product on the market.

01.01.2022 Our client Ellen asked if we could build steps from the top of her garden leading down to her pool area as her garden is on a huge slope. Not only was it difficult to reach the bottom of the garden but also dangerous as the existing steps were made of wood and pea gravel. We removed the existing structure and built new steps using bricks and pavers for a safer, more practical and durable solution. Our client was delighted with the end product.
