23.01.2022 Sometimes we forget our worth. This made me proud to be a nurse and reminded me of our importance. Sometimes people say they want to see a doctor but don't realise who they actually want is a nurse. We are guides, medical translators and advocates for our patients. And eyes and ears for our fellow team mates and other health care professionals. We touch lives everyday and that makes us lucky. Some days we don't feel that way. I hope today you know you are important.
