We want to promote all aspects of what you do and sometimes, a photo just doesn't do it justice! With their insights, we’ve come to realise that our escape room ‘hobby’ has become a proper business. Working with Peter and Tracey from Dubbo Escape Room was pure joy and seeing so many of their strategy pieces come to life earlier this year was so rewarding. 22.01.2022 We would love to say it’s business as usual here, but in the current circumstances what even is ‘usual’?! To keep our team, clients and community safe, our team are continuing to work from home. For now, we won’t be taking any in-person appointments across our range of services but are happy to help with anything that can be actioned remotely fortunately in our line of work, that’s a fair bit.... Our clients know that they have our support we’re in contact with them regularly and are adapting our services to help them in any way we can. As for our social media, we’re going to take a little step back. You’ll still see the occasional team update on our timeline in the coming weeks, but we are conscious of adding to the noise and overwhelm online too. We will be keeping our stories up to date with some light hearted fun though, so tune in there if you would like to keep in touch. If you need to chat to us about your business, a new project or just need an ear, you’ll find us here on social media via DM or say hi via email [email protected] We are very lucky. We don’t take that for granted. And all we can do is continue to do the best we can because we know we are not stuck at home, we are safe at home.

18.01.2022 Locked away! We were so excited to work with Old Dubbo Gaol on their new website, plus some photo and video content - it was an opportunity we simply couldn't say no to! One of Dubbo's most iconic tourist locations, the heritage site delivers a mix of theatrical performances and modern immersive displays and Hayley and Dylan were able to capture some unreal photo and video content to really showcase this before Xanthe jumped in to build their brand new website. ... 06.01.2022 Honestly, I don’t know if I can find the words this year to give this incredible lady the credit she deserves. Lil, thank you for 4 wonderful years at alex&ria. And yes hard to believe but only 4 years ago, it was just you and me at the kitchen table figuring this little business out. We still use that kitchen table on occasion to chat and brainstorm but these days more than anything, I sit back and watch with awe the intelligent, strong, kind and truly remarkable person... you have become. You have grown so much. Learnt so much. Done so much. And sacrificed so much for our clients, this business and my family. Packing up and moving away from home (and your friends and family), tackling your first full-time job post-degree, learning to WFH whenever the current climate calls for it and all while generally navigating a pandemic. We take our hats off to you Brigit. It’s been one hell of a year and you’ve approached every challenge with patience, resilience, and an unwavering dedication to doing the best you can.... You turn up every day, positive and ready to deliver for our clients. We are so proud of your growth. And SO proud of you

04.01.2022 What's our why? Well, in what feels like a past life now, I used to work in media. Time and time again, I would hear business say how difficult marketing was. It was confusing. It was overwhelming. And in regional NSW it took too many people to make it happen.... By the time they planned the campaign, booked a photographer, negotiated with traditional media, figured out social media, designed the collateral, updated the website and ran the event they were exhausted. I just remember thinking that there had to be an easier way. At the time, there wasn't (that I knew of) so I decided to make one. I wanted to created a business that simplified marketing for regional businesses, based in regional NSW. One that answered their calls, replied to their emails and was genuinely interested in their success. A business that provided modern solutions in what is an ever changing industry, but remains grounded with traditional business values. It's been almost 6 years since I made that plan (and smile for this photo) and the reason I continue to work with regional business remains the same - I want to make their life easier and their businesses more successful. Enough about me though. This month my team are sharing their 'why' too and spoiler alert - it will make you love them all more than you already do!

03.01.2022 Welcome to the team Natalie Do you know what we love in our office? Enthusiasm! And Natalie has that in spades. It's already so clear how interested and engaged Natalie is in this industry and she has fit right in with our little team. Originally from Newcastle, she made the move to Dubbo earlier this year with her family and is enjoying all that Regional NSW has to offer.... Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing and Management) and is currently working on a Graduate Certificate in Applied Digital Marketing, which she fits in around work and being a Mum to her two little ones - superwoman! Natalie is busy learning the ropes across our range of services and working with our clients. She will be taking on a Marketing Coordinator role within our team, working broadly across digital marketing but she's got a special interest in diving deep on marketing strategy and we can't wait to share her bright ideas with you.
