10.01.2022 **IMPORTANT UPDATE ** I wanted to update you all following the announcement by the NSW State Government and inform you that it will be mandatory to wear a mask in NSW salons from today 3rd January until further notice. During this time, my services will currently remain available. ... **Please note - the Covid health advice in NSW is rapidly changing, so things may change and appointments may need to be cancelled at short notice** Staff and customers will be required to wear a mask at all times as per the NSW Government guidelines. However, customers will not be required to wear a mask whilst having a face treatment e.g. makeup, facials, etc. Before you attend your appointment with me, I have some additional safety protocols in place. During this time, I ask you please to attend your appointment 5 minutes earlier to complete a detailed COVID pre-treatment questionnaire. To ensure your safety, I've implemented the following changes in my studio/ salon: Mandatory check in using the Service NSW QR Code App Face masks must be worn by all customers and staff Temperature checks as you enter Please attend your appointment alone (the only exception is if you are a minor or have a disability where your guardian/support person must be with you). Hand sanitizer at entry and in treatment/ makeup application room for all clients Strict hand washing protocol using anti-bacterial liquid before, during and after every treatment Medical-grade disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces and equipment between every client Thorough daily cleaning of all high touch areas with high grade disinfectant, including reception/entry, door handles, and treatment/ makeup application areas If you have even the mildest of symptoms, please let me know and we can reschedule your appointment - please note to reschedule you will need to return a negative test result or wait a minimum 14 days. If you do not feel comfortable attending given the current climate, that's ok - please let me know and we can reschedule for a later date. I hope you have a great week
