24.01.2022 I am feeling so grateful for this beautiful grounding experience of staying in the outdoors with great people and being in flow. Personally I know being in nature helps to alleviate my stress and helps to make me feel grounded. Whats your space to destress and reground? If you don't have one yet maybe try some different experiences and environments.

24.01.2022 Our perspective is everything! Today I had someone push back our plans 45mins which sounds super frustrating right? Especially after I have already driven quite a way to get here and don't really have any spare time inbetween my sessions today. First thought ok now I have a gap and nothing to do then......second though I am now so excited to have some more time to myself in my hectic schedule today. I am going to go walk barefoot in a park ground and read my book. ... Second thought is much nicer right? Lets try to change our perspective to a more positive frame and have more reasons to smile and be grateful

22.01.2022 Hi my loves I know you are all wonderful kind souls! On my walk today Pablo made lots of friends just through going up and saying hi in doggo language (lots of bum sniffs) he had a great time and played nicely with the other dogs. It made me reflect about how much we miss through being in our heads and overthinking. ... So take a page out of Pablos book and say hello get out of your head and enjoy life!

21.01.2022 All those early mornings and late nights can sometimes lead to exhaustion, fatigue and burn out. So it's important to remember your goals and why your started. Your hard work will pay off and it will be worth it so keep going my loves and I am so proud of you!

16.01.2022 This is my focus diary I use this specifically for my goals and homework from my great life coach @navarpoole I also keep a daily journal which i use before bed to process everything that's happened that day and to pause and reflect. I then have a dream diary which i use in the morning to record my dreams and to also train my brain and improve my recall.... I hadn't used a jornal for probabaly 6 years prior to starting what may seem like a LOT of journals however I personally find writting things down helps me to process my overthinking brain and allows me an outlet to express my feelings and emotions as well as to keep myself accountable. I'm curious if people also use journals and if they have different ones for different uses. Let me know if your open to sharing?

11.01.2022 When was the last time you took an eye break? Was it the last time you were asleep? If so maybe be conscious of taking some eye breaks in your day. Start by just closing your eyes and take 5 slow deep breaths to reset.

Sometimes life can be overwhelming and that's when it is so important to check in with how you are doing and take a break if you need it. ... Do me and yourself a favour and right not stop for even just a second and take a big breath Notice how that simple pause can allow you to recenter and give yourself permission to feel whatever it is you're experiencing. Life can be hard my loves so take care of yourselves. Breathe deep stand tall and take notice of if you need some self care. This Sunday from 10am-12pm we are running a restorative yoga workshop focusing on self care and healing. If you would like to join us send us a massage. 05.01.2022 Hey my loves yes this is my foot All this beach walking has aggrevated my plantar fascia so a good excuse to use my taping knowledge and apply low dye taping to assist in the acute phase of heel pain and off-load the plantar fascia.
