20.01.2022 What are we all be doing right now? Living cautiously, but preparing for the BounceBack! We at Alex Phillis Luxury Real Estate are taking the time now when we are in lockdown to press the PAUSE button and reflect on the many things that we can all do to prepare for the BounceBack.... We will be undertaking an examination of all of our policies and procedures, embarking on extensive learning campaigns for all digital programmes that will allow us to provide Level 1 service. We will be also embarking on massive Social Media Marketing courses, so we can offer our Vendors the best and most cost effective marketing, leading to superior sales results.

If after physical contact with any of the Alex Phillis Luxury Real Estate team, vendors or buyers, if you seek medical advice or a COVID-19 test or you or your family are diagnosed with COVID-19, you are instructed by law to notify the Alex Phillis Team Member or our office manager In addition to this policy being effective immediately, we also ask you to inform your Alex Phillis Luxury Real Estate contact if you have experienced any of the diagnosis criteria within the last 14 days or the next 14 days regardless of whether or not you have visited any Alex Phillis Luxury Real Estate premises an Open Home, a Listing presentation or had physical contact during this time.
