20.01.2022 Putting my Kmart kitchen trolley into different use my intravenous antibiotics (IVAB) trolley Day 7 of a 14 day course of IVAB administering from the comfort of my home. Living my best CF life that’s for sure It’s been a whole 15 months since my last course of IVAB thanks to the wonder drug #symdeko keeping me stable and out of hospital. Unfortunately because it has been so long (for a Cf patient) my lungs have been feeling a bit crutty lately and need a good tune... up therefore I decided to get on some IVAB and get myself back to scratch so I can be at my best again. Not to mention #trikafta (another Cf drug that’s absolutely life changing) is scheduled on the PBS agenda in March to ... fingers crossed and praying hard, be approved for all in Aus to take by the end of 2021. I have seen and heard of some incredible life changing stories of those on this drug so far. It gives me great hope But, here I am for now, happy and at peace just doing my thang to keep my lungs the best they can be for now until Trikafta is available I’m still working and taking bookings as per norm. I would also like to take the time to say that you can do anything if you put your mind to it. Whether it’s your dream job, building a house, improving your makeup skills?! You can do it! I guess this photo is proof that I had no skills what so ever to practising on models, doing a short course and continuing to pra...ctice and educate myself personally, and by doing that I now own my own small business with over 1500 regular clients per year.
