05.01.2022 HEAZLETT - 109 Redlands Tigers Cricket Club’s Sam Heazlett brought up his 4th (across all formats) of the 2020/21 Bulls Masters First Grade season on Saturday.

03.01.2022 Tigers Ruthless in One Day Final It has been twenty one years since Redlands Tigers won the John McKnoulty One Day Cup in the Queensland Premier Cricket First G...rade Competition. The game, played at Allan Border Oval, was littered with recognisable names on both sides with Labuschagne, Heazlett, Pierson and Milenko playing for Redlands and Burns, Hauritz, Healy and McSweeney playing for North’s. North’s batted first posting a competitive 6/323 with McSweeney 115, Healy 68, Burns 55 and Bazley claiming 3/65. With the track looking like a runway most in the know would say that was a par score. The Tigers innings started with the loss of Peirson and Labuschagne for single digit scores and at 2/12 there would have been some North’s followers smiling but the depth at Tigerland this season is good and belief in the next bat high. Sam Heazlett carried his bat scoring 137 not out from 119 balls, an innings that actually saw him take the back seat while Tigers Captain, Simon Milenko, obliterated the attack with a blistering 82 from 38 balls setting the scene for an interesting run chase. The loss of Milenko saw Leigh Drennan come to the crease and with the commentators suggesting the chase could be a stretch for the Tigers batting line up Heazlett and Drennan crafted a perfect partnership chasing down the total with 46 balls in the bank! Congratulations to our Tigers team, coaching staff, scorer and volunteers, wins like this are a solid club effort, more than just 100 overs of cricket! Big shout out to Sam Heazlett also for a stellar performance. First Grade - Tigers for Life! Redlands Sporting Club Queensland Premier Cricket Queensland Cricket Cricket Brisbane Kookaburra Cricket
