07.01.2022 6 weeks ago I quit my 'day job' in hospitality which I had been doing since I was 17 and hated! To pursue a career in an industry I have loved since I was 21. I told myself I wasn't going to get another job unless it was a job in a gym. Within 1.5 weeks I landed my dream job! I can work in the industry while still studying, once qualified there is SO much opportunity to grow as a PT and also take group fitness classes/massage/and working along side physiotherapist aiding clients in rehabilitation and therapy.. Loving my new life! When you have a dream, reach for the stars, you will eventually get there

01.01.2022 Hi everyone, hope you have all been well.. Sorry iv been a little slack lately, I'm getting a new horse so been a bit distracted :( I have also been lacking a little bit of motivation with training and healthy eating.. Would anyone like to share there tips of staying motivated..
