22.01.2022 A minimalist poster for The Favourite, the film that scored Olivia Coleman her well-deserved oscar for best actress. It's a little more disturbing than most of the films I like, but it's still a thoroughly fascinating thing to behold.

14.01.2022 A cartoony poster for Emma (2020). I seem to find myself liking a lot of these modern adaptations of old books (for the costumes if nothing else). Emma made the bold choice to be mildly chaotic in every single scene. As such, it's fantastic.

I thought I'd share the design process, and some of the ideas that were left on the cutting room floor. 06.01.2022 Another Snowpiercer poster, this time containing the entirety of Minister Mason's "Be a Shoe" speech. Two variants: one overlaid onto a picture from the movie, and the other on a grey background. I used to be able to recite this entire speech from memory, for some reason. I guess I just like Tilda Swinton.

05.01.2022 As part of one of my Visual Communication units, I had to re-design my own personal logo. So here it is, in all of its diagonal glory.

04.01.2022 Something a little out of my usual comfort zone! A cover for (yet another) little project I've been working away on: a children's book! I've never illustrated anything before, so the results should be... interesting. I hope the story's good at least!
