21.01.2022 Alex's tutoring will be returning hopefully on the 11th of May as per the department of education making an announcement about educators returning on the 11th of May. I will keep you all updated on whats happening and contact individually each child's parent on what day I will be starting with your child again and the process I will undertake. 06.01.2022 The last couple of weeks the students have been working extremely hard before the term 2 holidays start. I am so proud of all the effort they have put in to sessions. Just a recap for this term We have been working on the Abacus, improving our addition and subtraction skills Working on sentence structures. working extremely hard on learning and remembering our times tables ... 04.01.2022 I hope everyone is having a fantastic school holidays. I am back and eager to get tutoring again starting Saturday and next week for most students. I hope everyone is Refreshed and ready to learn coming into the last term of school which means exam and assignment term. Yahhh we love exams at Alex's Tutoring. HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO DEFEAT THE EXAM NERVES: Breathing - inhaling and exhaling. Counting to ten- taking time out Going for a walk- physical exercise helps the ...brain, mind and body function Reading over notes slowly taking your time to look over every detail. The most important point is - reading the question slowly and carefully twice before continuing to answer the question. But I can't wait to see everyone next week ready to learn. See more
