18.01.2022 Tonight for Mother’s Day I whipped up the Steamed White Chocolate Cheesecake from Everyday Cooking for Thermomix Families. (I also made a roast dinner but it was mostly done without Thermie’s help!) I couldn’t find dairy free white chocolate so subbed in Sweet William milk chocolate. Biscuit base was a choc chip biscuit mix. All gluten free, dairy free and fodmap friendly. Topped with strawberry and lime coulis ... For reference my dad likes to complain about the gluten free, dairy free, fodmap friendly foods... so when I can make something that tickles his taste buds it must be pretty good!
15.01.2022 It with a heavy heart I need to take a step back from consultancy at the moment... unfortunately my own health has gotten in the road of being able to support everyone to my fullest capacity! I will be back, for the moment though I will step into an Ambassador role, continuing to spread the Thermomix love and wonder. Just not being able to sell to you in the short term!
