I love seeing my clients kick their goals and looking & feel amazing! That makes me happy Here's to an amazing 2021 filled with lots of goal kicking, personal challenges beaten & amazing memories made! Don't forget we will have some awesome new group fitness sessions added to our timetable, making it 22 sessions per week to choose from.. Isabel...le, our amazing trainer, will be putting you through your paces from Monday to Saturday.. There will also be the introduction of our new Pairs Membership - sign up with a friend and receive 1 x Pairs PT session per week, unlimited access for both of you to the Alfa Pack Group Sessions, plus access to the gym, all for $59.95 per week each!!
