07.01.2022 Dear Alfabuild customers, As stage 4 restrictions have been imposed by the Victorian government, the construction sector will also be significantly impacted by the lockdown. Under the new restrictions, any construction above three storeys, be it apartments or factories, will be capped at having 25 per cent of their workforce allowed on the construction site.... Alfabuild mainly operates in construction and development in the residential sector, which will allow us to continue with the projects that are currently in progress, with a maximum of 5 trades allowed on site at any given time. The new projects that have been scheduled to commence will be postponed until the restriction is eased. However, the sale will continue, and all the queries will be answered by the Alfabuild team. This is a very challenging time for the business in Victoria, but we are all in this together and support the lockdown to protect the most vulnerable in our society and to save lives. Stay safe!
