23.01.2022 This time last week we were given the devastating news that it would be lights out for now. As hard as that news was to hear, it is ultimately for the better so we can do our part to control this pandemic. Through this time we think of our team we work day in and day out with, friends, family, patrons & hospo neighbours and thank each and every one of them for their support whilst sending love in their direction also. 03.01.2022 BJ was Alfred’s eldest son & he is as equally as important in the Alfred’s story as Alfred is himself. His love for family & friends (and beer of course) & for helping in making Alfred’s, then his own home a home away from home for anyone he met was a true inspiration in making Alfreds what it is today. Today we celebrate family, friends & BJ’s life by having a beer in his honour and donating $1 from every drink sold to the Mary Potter Hospice who supported BJ, his family & friends when he needed it the most.
