04.01.2022 As a Mum of three I remember that after my babies were born, I had zero self love in spite of all the incredible things I was doing. The first time around I had a hard time breast feeding and resented my body for not being more capable. I wanted to loose those extra kgs, but the numbers I should have worried about was that of my rapidly declining mental health. ... I was too busy hating my body to acknowledge the incredible thing it had just done. It had given life to my son. He left permanent marks on the canvas that is my body, and the story that goes with the marks is incredible. Lets embrace those crucial moments in life Mummas and take the opportunity to make positive changes in our self love journeys. I feel stronger now than I ever have in my life, because as a mother I have been weaker and more vulnerable than ever before. I know my power because I have my weaknesses. I want to help you celebrate yourself, your baby and your incredible body Mummas. Because, we, stretch marks, c section scars, saggy boobs and all.. We grow the tiny humans. We are the real heroes!
