19.01.2022 Im feeling very reflective at the moment and wanted to share. It is nearly five years ago that I picked up that paintbrush after being in Australia for a short while..and I fell in love for the first time. Something that made me feel free. Nearly five years ago I hadnt had an exhibition, hadnt got nervous before and during, hadnt understood the feeling of someone buying my work, hadnt understood the feeling of being commissioned for my creativity. I feel very lucky and proud that I have my studio, surrounded by an amazing art community and that my constant life saying of Im going to go for it and see what happens has actually turned into a reality. Feels good.

07.01.2022 The saying make your own luck and dont just imagine make it happen are mantras I try and live by all the time. Im not sure how long Ive had this philosophy - maybe it was always within me but I put it down to my parents and some key learning in my life journey personally and professionally. Meet Craig and Chris. They have very kindly given me permission to show them standing next to the painting of mine they commissioned. They are so happy with their piece of art that it sends joy all through me. Isnt it an amazing feeling when you start to think of something you want and then make it happen. Lets all remember and be grateful for all the things we do every day that we achieve - big or small. Proud! Happy Friday...!
