18.01.2022 Waking up early Mentioned by every third or fourth person in past two weeks that they are waking up earlier by 30min or so. It is due to the seasonal change bri...nging the longer day time and warmer temperature. We no longer need winter-length sleep to recover from the high fuel consumption in the system trying to stay warm as well as not leaking heat by tensing muscles. Also, it is common as we get older we can not sleep long hours as we used to. It seems we carry less numbers of functional cells thus need less recharging time. It is within the normal range that we sometimes not being able to sleep due to overthinking, too much sugar or substances - caffeine, nicotine, alcohol (concentrated version of sugar) during the day and/or close to bedtime. This is what they do. Reverse your winded-up mind by breathing long, meditation technique if you have one or you can invent your own ie. stretch, bath, or have less or no substances when you would like to have a good night sleep. My mobile phone brought by accident said "Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day are keys to healthy sleep". Probably for some, not for all.

07.01.2022 ARTHRITIS "joint inflammation" Inflammation is a result of heat that can occur in any part of the body due to: ... 1) blood gathering to repair a damaged site. Blood delivers required materials=oxygen and nutrient, to repair/reconstruction the tissue(made of cells) and remove dead cells (damaged materials), metabolic waste which is the byproduct of burning the fuel. Damage can be caused by external trauma, or day-to-day damage (aging) like in everything else such as house, car, etc. 2) build up acid. Acid serves as a fuel which feeds the cell to stay alive, warm and functional. Starvation = lack of acid (food) was the long issue and we are the first population who has enough for many in human history. This leads our diet being overly 'acided' (acidified) and can cause an 'always-slightly-high acid level' called systematic acidosis and it means that it can reach to the inflammation threshold (starts to manifest the heat presentations such as stiffness, aches and pain. -itis means inflammation as in artir-itis, conjunctiv-itis, tonsil-itis, diverticul-itis, and so on) easier than when the system has the functional amount. Remedy: Breath properly. Make sure you feed oxygen (Alkaline, opposite to acid) to and remove carbon dioxide (byproduct) from every single cell to reduce systematic acidosis by taking the long steady breath each time. Pain restricts breathing. Make sure you breath when you are in pain - physically, mentally or emotionally. Take care of your cells,
