21.01.2022 The MATING RITUALS begin

19.01.2022 I have been enjoying these new babies so so so much, but alas it is nearly time to say good bye. These Pacific Baza Chicks were found out of their nest way before they were ready to hit the world alone. One had fledged (taken its first flight) onto a highway and the other had fallen and had a very badly damaged wing. They are now perfect and ready to be released. Lookout crickets and stick insects ARRGghh.

19.01.2022 This is not for the faint hearted. I was having a nice cup of tea and saw the Carpet Snake on the rafters. Of course I thought get the camera .... and then ... well... take a look.

11.01.2022 Here in the Northern Rivers it Echidna breeding season. We know this because not one but 2 tiny puggles have come into care HOW ADORABLE. Hard work and not for the faint hearted. These little guys are very hard to keep alive so DON'T TRY This at home hahahahha.

03.01.2022 My latest article - of course about my beautiful Bazas - (which have now left the nest and completely fending for themselves)

01.01.2022 Just one of many videos I have been fortunate enough to have taken in the documentation of the release of the Pacific Bazas.
