But firstly, the hot chocolate and pamper event scheduled for tomorrow is cancelled due to a mother/daughter date. 13.01.2022 So on the 8th of September I started my 7 day body cleanse with the starting weight of 68.8kgs. At the end of the cleanse the closing weight was 67.1kgs without changing my diet and no excercise. And the ginger and lemon flavour was beautiful to drink. 01.01.2022 Next week I will be starting my body cleanse. I have heared wonderful things sbout this product, the lemon ginger flavour is amazing and you get rid of all the toxins on the inside and this product is so gentle that you don't need to race to the loo. A fellow consultant lost 2.8 kilos without changing her diet, so I think I need to buy scales at kmart on this mini adventure! Nothing like a spring clean....right?
