04.01.2022 Does confectionary and dessert just constantly seem to be in your house? Not because of the fact you go out and buy it, maybe left overs from gatherings/party's or gifts people have given you. Nevertheless it's always in your face and you feel compelled to eat it. If you're like me, you've definitely come across and still come across this problem often. However I may have come up with a solution, now I know on tv shows they say throw it all out, but maybe some of us don't wan...t to do that. So what I have just done is put all my chocolates/treats in a bag and hidden them in a place where it's hard to reach and behind a lot of other things, so on most days I probably won't be bothered enough to get them. I will allow myself one treat out of that bag per week or part of one if it's big, but try not to have anymore than that. This is the first time I'm trying this, so I'm hoping it'll work. I see it as being a good idea, so maybe you can try it too :) Who knows, the whole out of sight out of mind thing might work :) just remember a treat is called a treat for a reason ;) See more
