10.01.2022 Remembering the biggest woman influence in my life today, my Mum. Mum taught me so many things & passed on so much knowledge & qualities. There are so many things I’ve missed sharing with her, too many & so many to come. But they have to be up there watching us and cheering us on silently, all of us that have lost someone close. Thank you for passing on your love for food & champagne, your commitment to being kind & giving, for drilling it into me to not be piss weak (her exact words), your faith in me to achieve what I set out to do and for me only having the happiest of childhood memories.
