18.01.2022 "Approved School Shoes"... With guaranteed Foot, Knee and Back destruction.. But YOU have 30 days to take them back according to this ad!... My advice: Return these awful coffins for your childrens feet and find them shoes that actually look like a foot shape.. And allow these awesome structures to do their job - which is to MOVE!!!!!

05.01.2022 No matter what profession you are in or what level you are at, you should always allow yourself to open your mind enough to call upon the help of other professi...onals when you have a problem, rather than self treating all of the time. This pic is me with Ali Gibson, a great forward thinking Physio and podiatrist who allowed me to recognise that my knee pain is a result of altered gait patterns due to my previous kidney transplant. I never would have stepped outside of my own thinking enough to recognise this. She has lots of weird and wonderful tricks up her sleeve, inspired by the great work of Gary Ward including this bizarre movement, which will be revealed in the doco.
